Hi folks, thanks for having me. I'm 31 and female. I've been working out for about nine months. I am not on a particular workout program - I belong to a women's gym and do what I feel like. My focus is strength training which I do two to three times a week - I especially enjoy bodyweight exercises. For cardio, I like rebounding, walking, and dance. I also try to do yoga at least once a week. I am on a positive diet - there are things I need to eat every day but I don't stop myself from eating anything else I want.
As for current workout goals, I would like to switch from the regular lifting class at my gym to the one that's a bit more badass. I'd also like to move my pushups from a waist-high bar to the floor.
For non-fitness interests, I like reading (on a mystery kick right now), kombucha, and thrift stores.
