weight loss?

So I am currently working on weight loss. Does anyone have any ideas. I am curious what aorks for everyone else.

no time...

easier said than done, it's musch harde to exercise regularly and watch what you eat in hectic lifestyles. I just don't feel like I have time for fitness.

a healthy and consistent diet!
I'm not talking about a fad diet or anything like that, just eating smart and watching your portions. Believe me, if you stick to that, and excersise regularly, you'll see dramatic results!
No secrets here - the other two are correct. I had always exercised, but it wasn't until I really watched what I was eating that i saw a real difference, and began to lose weight. It's not that difficult - you just have to focus on it. Good luck!
