Current workout (indicate if you are on the Body for Life program, Weight Watchers, Dr. Phil's Fitness Challenge, powerlifting routine, Southbeach Diet etc): diet similar to south beach, free body weight exercises, sporadic cardio (elipticcal, walking, basketball)
Current workout goal(s): Increase weekly cardio, find some effective toning routines that are easily done at home, lose 20 lbs.
Interests: competition, coaching, walking my dog

Thanks for having me folks. I have a question maybe someone can help me. I have been researching time condensed free body-weight routines. i am finding very vague information. Any chance someone can take the time to elaborate or possibly spell it out for me?
